Hello, and welcome to Roxy Benton Designs! I am thrilled that you are here. If you are visiting this page then you may be looking for wedding stationery and are wondering how to begin the process. This page was designed to help assist you with common questions about the process and guide you along the way. Please continue reading below for more information:
I WOULD LIKE TO PLACE A WEDDING STATIONERY ORDER, WHAT NEXT?
If you decide you would like to proceed with ordering, please contact Roxy Benton to confirm she has the capacity to complete your order. Once this has been confirmed, you will be directed to complete the ordering form.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE WEDDING INVITATION COST?
The price per wedding invitation includes the main wedding invitation card, a details card and an rsvp card. If you require more or less cards, please get in touch or visit the pricing page.
WHAT IS THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT AMOUNT?
Once the order form has been received, then a 50% deposit is required before the design process begins.
WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF WITH MY ORDER?
Yes! You will receive a pdf digital proof copy with your order for each of the items that you are selecting with your package. There will be one set of amends on the proof, so please be sure to check it over thoroughly before giving the final approval. Once the approval is given, then your order will require the remaining 50% balance prior to being sent to printing. No orders will be sent to printing prior to proof approval and final payment received. Shipping costs are not included and will be collected when they ship.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
Please expect no less than 4 weeks to design, proof and print an order. Depending on the amount of items you are designing, more time may be needed. Roxy Benton will discuss turnaround times with you to help determine solid turnaround times.
HOW WILL MY WEDDING STATIONERY BE DELIVERED?
Your design and printing fee will not include the cost to ship the final order to you. The cost to ship them will vary and depends on the amount of items you are ordering. Roxy Benton will discuss shipping costs with you either after the proofing stage is complete or once the printed items are in and are ready to ship to you.
