All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Roxy Benton Designs © and any use or reproduction without prior consent is strictly forbidden. Please do not file share, use for sale, commercial or distribution, promotion or advertising purchases.
Any information given during the course of inquiry and ordering may be used to assist with my administration process and for future marketing. Roxy Benton Designs will not share any information supplied by clients with a third party. All
data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Images displayed online may vary slightly from the colors on the actual printed product due to differences in screen color to printers colors. It is recommended to purchase a printed sample prior to placing a full order to be sure you are happy with the printed colors and overall quality of the items you are purchasing. The samples are not refundable and are final sales.
All illustrations viewable online are an approximation and therefore are not binding. They are intended to represent an example to the goods as described.
Because of printing methods, stationery produced in two print runs may not match exactly. If orders are placed in stages there is no guarantee of the availability of matching materials and continuity of colors in the different print runs. When a client reviews and approves an order to print via email or in a letter, Roxy Benton Designs will not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be found, or later arise, from the client after the proofing stage. Any amendments required after the stationery has moved to printing will result in additional charges.
Refunds up to 50% are available for cancellations prior to the proofing stage. There are no refunds available once the items are approved from the proofing stage and sent to printing.
In the unlikely event that any errors arise as a result of Roxy Benton Designs, the errors will be revised at no cost to the client if the following steps are taken; Contact Roxy Benton Designs within 7 business days of receipt of goods so action can be taken and provide a written note of explanation of any faults or damage incurred. Stationery will be replaced upon receipt of the items received. In the event that a replacement is not an option, Roxy Benton Designs will determine the value of the order and act accordingly.
Your stationery will not be printed until full payment is received and cleared.
The standard shop turnaround time for printed products is 3 weeks. If you need an item sooner, please contact Roxy Benton Designs as soon as possible to see if the timeline can be accommodated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect any confirmed order. Quotes are valid for 60 days from the date they are generated.
Roxy Benton Designs reserves the right to use any stationery created to promote products and services.
