Where are you located? Where do the items ship from?

Every design is proudly drawn in Roxy's studio located in Spanish Springs, NV and our items ship from Reno, NV. Roxy Benton Designs online shop is located on Etsy. Orders can also be received and fulfilled via email or in-person locally.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Always check the Etsy shop for current processing times or send a message and we

would be glad to assist you with your shipment.

What is your return/exchange policy?

All sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. The items will be exchanged and/or a replacement will be sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped. There are no refunds on Digital Images and the high-resolution files are delivered instantly at the time of purchase. If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, RBD will work with you to resolve the issue.

While the Roxy Benton Designs product line continues to grow, RBD will remain true to the core values of integrity, kindness, and top quality customer service.

US SHIPPING

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping methods vary based on the order. Return address labels are sent via USPS First Class Package and a tracking number is provided. First class mail typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail typically arrive in 2-day or 3-day turnaround times. All items ship in protective packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping methods vary based on the order. Return address labels are sent via USPS First Mail International and a tracking number is provided. International orders shipping time is approximately 3 weeks delivery times.

Am I responsible for customs and duties taxes?

Yes. Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with purchasing and shipping to their respective countries.

CUSTOM ORDERS

How do I request a specific theme or color palette for my special event?

RBD loves custom requests! If you have a particular idea in mind check the pricing guide to help narrow down the items you would like customized for you. Send a message to roxybentondesign@gmail.com or through the contact page to begin the custom designing process.

How early do I need to book in a custom design request?

Please contact Roxy Benton as soon as you decide to send in a request. She can be booked as far as 4-weeks out so getting your request in as soon as possible will help ensure your items will be ready in time for your event. Roxy's direct email is: roxybentondesigns@gmail.com.

How long does a custom design take?

Custom designs can take 1-2 weeks (sometimes longer, sometimes sooner). This depends on the amount of items that are being designed for you. You will receive a proof copy of the items being designed for you to approve prior to the finalize copy. Modification / edits are welcome but these must be on the initial concept design ideas. Any custom requests that are outside of the initial concept idea can result in an additional fee for reformatting the custom design to meet those requests. Approved designs will arrive to your email inbox (if digital files) within 24 hours. Printed items will result in various processing times that will be discussed at the time of the initial concept consultation.

Can I see a custom design prior to payment?

Mock-ups are not available prior to purchase. However, be assured that your satisfaction is Roxy's highest priority and will work with you to design the items as you imagined.

What are the payment terms for custom design requests?

Custom design invoices must be paid in full prior to the customization process. This places your order in progress and guarantees that you order will be completed on time.

If I send you an image or favorite quote, lyric, etc. will you use it in a custom order?

Due to the demands of licensing, designing and growing the Roxy Benton Designs product line, Roxy Benton is not able to accept any custom requests like this. Roxy Benton is offering modifications to color and font changes to the RBD product line only. See product listings for the options available with each one.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Does RBD provide a print service?

Yes! However, some designs can be sent to you in PDF or JPEG format for your own printing preference. Not sure where to start when printing on your own? There is a basic reference list for your own DIY Printing found HERE.

Where should I print my DIY PDF or JPEG files?

All of the files can be printed from a home printer or printing facility of your own choice. Printing facilities can differ on file format preference so it is always best to call the facility ahead of time to be sure you are ordering the best format for your printing projects.

How do I open the DIY files and view them?

Most home computers will open JPEG files to view and print them. For the PDF files, you will need to download the free version of ADOBE READER that is available from adobe.com.

Will there be any color differences from the screen when printing my digital designs?

Colors can vary slightly depending on the printer you are using. Screen printing is not indicative of the actual printed colors which vary printer to printer. Calibrating your home printer with your computer screen is the best way to ensure the closest match. All of the items are designed in a high-quality design software program but there is still no guarantee that there will be an exact match. It is always recommended to test print a copy before printing large batches to determine if there are any color differences. Roxy Benton Designs is not liable for any color differences, if any, that result in DIY printing experiences.

Can you create a logo or help with branding materials for my business?

RBD does design logos and branding items but this type of service is limited and only available during slow business times. Send us a message and we will be happy to discuss any options available to you at the time the request is received.
